We recently ran our Culinary Crawl detour for members of the local press and hotel concierge community, and, as the photos show, a delicious time was had by all!

We started at Odd Duck on South Lamar, where we were treated to tater tots with mustard seeds and pimento cheese dip; heirloom tomato salad with goat cheese, peaches, shishito and crouton; and a superb pig face cuban sandwich complete with smoked pork loin, spicy mustard and pickles. You can learn more about Odd Duck at http://oddduckaustin.com

Henris Austin TX

Next we headed to Henri’s cheese, charcuterie and wine, also on South Lamar, where we indulged on a selection of classic cheeses and their signature roasted beet and kale salad.

La Patisserie Austin

Our final port of call was La Patisserie on Annie Street W, where we just about found room for an amazing selection of macarons and other pastries. Our favorite was the pink one! You can find out more, including the correct way to spell macarons, at http://lpaustin.com

We carefully design our detours to be ‘Handcrafted Austin Experiences’, and Culinary Crawl has been planned with the food enthusiast in mind. We rotate venues and introduce new eateries regularly, so there’ll always be something to tantalize your tastebuds. Come crawl with us!
