I’m from good ol’ small-town Texas. In 2021, I convinced myself and my 4 other bandmates that we should drop everything we had going back home and move our operation down to Austin. Since then, we’ve played hundreds of shows around the city, throughout Texas, and across the country. To say moving here has helped me get closer to achieving my dreams is an understatement. In my free time, I love to longboard, go on hikes, swim in the beautiful rivers and swimming holes central Texas has to offer, and hit up the local dive bars. What I love about Austin is the sense of community that lives here. It’s a big city, but it has the charm of a smaller town. People are friendly. You don’t have to pretend to be anyone here, just be yourself. The music scene is the thing I love most about this city.
