Experience Austin’s Live Music Scene with Austin Detours

Led by a local musician, this experience shows you what our music scene is all about. The “Live Music Capital” is home to over 250 live music venues, and most of those are outside the downtown areas, tucked away into the neighborhoods of Austin. We’ll take you to two to three shows in one evening. Depending on your group size, we will visit shows that are open to the public, or there is an option to do a buyout of venues and bring in a band to suit your group’s tastes. We try to feature a variety of kinds of music, such as blues, rock, singer/songwriter, country, and more. As we go around town, you’ll also get to see the neighborhoods of Austin and enjoy a bit of a city tour. If you’re in Austin for work and want to really experience the city, the Live Music Crawl is the way to do it!
